Abstract
This article presents an experiment in training for cooperation in a situation of ‘knowledge pluralism’ bringing together multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. Its originality lies in focusing less on formalised knowledge than on the relationship between subjects and knowledge, and in this context in seeking to develop favorable dispositions for interdisciplinary creativity through group work. Peer learning and role-playing (‘serious games’) are the tools used to this end. The sessions organise tests that highlight the centrality of the identificatory dynamic in the training group, the opposing registers of creation and control, particularly in the evaluation stage of interdisciplinary projects, the ambivalence of the roles of expert and researcher, and the issue of the diversity of relationships with politics. It concludes by emphasising the decisive nature of these different aspects at all stages of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research.
